Rising 80 metres above the Jaffa seashore, 10 Herbert Samuel is a newly developed residential tower in Tel Aviv that sets a high standard for contemporary luxury living. Designed by architect Ranni Ziss, the 21‑storey building combines Bauhaus influences of the UNESCO‑listed White City with elements of modern international residential architecture. Behind its calm, urban façade lie exclusive apartments, lofts and shared amenities, all conceived with a strong emphasis on quality, precision and architectural detail.

To support orientation and enhance the outdoor experience, OCEANOS IP67 was integrated flush into the ground surrounding the building. The linear in‑ground system provides homogeneous, glare‑free light lines that guide movement along circulation paths and outdoor areas while remaining visually restrained. Designed to withstand pedestrian and vehicle traffic, OCEANOS IP67 delivers reliable orientation lighting that complements the architectural language without competing with it. The diffused light creates a calm and welcoming atmosphere, supporting safe movement while setting subtle accents at ground level.

The result is an outdoor lighting concept where orientation is achieved through precise, durable in‑ground light lines, reinforcing the architectural clarity of the project while maintaining a high level of visual comfort.

The rest area at Østasteidn is located on the west side of Sandsfjorden, directly after the Sandsfjord Bridge, and offers visitors a panoramic view of the surrounding Norwegian landscape. Embedded in a setting that inspired the works of artist Lars Hertervig, the architecture of the site reflects the character of the landscape through restrained forms and carefully placed interventions. A walkway leads visitors either towards seating areas facing the fjord or to sheltered benches positioned against the rock formations.

To support orientation and highlight key paths, OCEANOS IP67 was installed flush with the ground to form a continuous guiding line of light between the parking area and the service building. The rugged in‑ground system creates clearly readable light lines that lead visitors intuitively through the site while remaining visually calm and integrated into the landscape. In combination with illuminated door elements, the accent lighting enhances spatial legibility and reinforces the architectural intent without overpowering the natural surroundings.

The result is a landscape‑integrated lighting solution where accent lighting guides movement and subtly emphasises circulation routes, using durable in‑ground light lines that balance orientation, restraint and visual clarity.

Espenes rest area is part of the Norwegian Scenic Routes and is located along National Road 13 in Sørfjorden, between Kinsarvik and Odda. Embedded in a dramatic landscape, the site offers visitors a place to pause and experience the surroundings, with architecture inspired by the works of Norwegian artist Lars Hertervig. The new rest area replaces a former gravel lay‑down zone and introduces a carefully designed pavilion and seating areas that frame views of the fjord and the surrounding terrain.
