Under the sign of good design: Red Dot Gala 2015

On 29 June the festive closure of the “Red Dot Award: Product Design 2015” took place and the best designers of the year were honored. The designers of LED Linear took home even three awards: for VarioLED™ Flex AMOR, HYDRALUX and XOOTUBE 38.

The honouring of the winners is the centre of the gala. They have proven “an unparalleled amount of creative power as well as extensive style and business skills” with their designs, emphasises Dr Peter Zec, the Red Dot CEO. 

The Red Dot Gala offered its guests stimulating hours in the world of design. As from 30 June on, visitors can convince themselves in the special exhibition “Design on Stage” at the Red Dot Design Museum Essen. The exhibition runs until July 26th, and features more than 1,000 products in the midst of impressive industrial architecture.
