Neukirchen-Vluyn – Success through entrepreneurial vision: The LED Linear™ GmbH was awarded at the German SME Summit in Essen on June 26th again as one of the most innovative companies in the German SME sector. “Top 100”-Mentor Ranga Yogeshwar honored the company from Neukirchen-Vluyn with the “Top 100” seal, which is awarded for over 20 years. The company is now entitled to call itself “top innovator” for the third year in a row.
In the “Top 100” analysis the LED Linear™ GmbH from Neukirchen-Vluyn especially convinced with its innovative marketing. The top management of the lamp and luminaire specialist places great value on an individual customer service and that marketing partners and suppliers are actively involved in new developments. In an intensive dialog with the customers, the management and the sales team are constantly recording trends and desires. All external impulses are checked in managerial and innovation meetings on feasibility and costs. Short decision making processes allow the leadership team of LED Linear™ a rapid implementation of new ideas when the parameters are positive.
The top innovator occupies the market segment of linear lighting products for indoor and outdoor use with high-efficiency LED lighting systems on a modular basis. Since its founding in 2006, the company is on course for growth. In the next three years the company founders Dr. Michael Kramer and Carsten Schaffarz want to nearly double the number of its staff from currently 90 employees. To maintain innovative leadership and market acceptance of products, the company continues to invest in a modern production. Planners and architects benefit from the reliability of the company: "We are one of the few manufacturers from which you can re-order products in a consistent quality," says Michael Kramer. Already today customers can order smallest amounts that are configured and delivered in six weeks. Currently, the technicians of the lamp specialists optimize their manufacturing know-how so that they can finish specific one-offs in only five working days in the future.
"We want to be the leading manufacturer of innovative linear lighting solutions and to be perceived as the brand for linear lighting worldwide," explains CEO Dr. Michael Kramer.
