LED Linear™ as "Silver Sponsor" at the "Lights in Goa" in Bengaluru
The “Lights in Goa” in Bengaluru, India, was held for the fourth time this year from 12th – 14th February. LED Linear™ India is proud to be a part of this important event again and to support the event as "Silver Sponsor".
Our Indian partner presented innovative and interesting linear lighting solutions for indoor and outdoor use. Especially interesting: LED Linear™ India introduced its new range of luminaires XOOMINAIRE™ 4969 and 9989 to the public for the first time at the event. With these new “Made in India” luminaires our partner wants to offer high quality LED lighting products using German technology and engineering combined with the manufacturing strength of India.
"Lights in Goa" was launched in 2010 in order to provide a platform for the architectural lighting design community of the Indian subcontinent and to inform the industry in India and surrounding nations about the latest design trends and technologies. The first issue was a three-day seminar, which was accompanied by six international design professionals. In the second edition of the event in 2011, a five-day PLDA workshop was held. In the third edition in January 2014 it was the goal of the two-day seminar to develop a lighting master plan for the city of Panaji. After these successful events, the "Lights in Goa" was moved to another city for the first time in 2015, to be able to address a larger audience. For this purpose and because it is a preferred IT destination, the third largest city of India – Bengaluru – was chosen.
