The Gateway WA project are series of freeways and overpasses around the Perth Airport region. These roadways were designed to improve the safety and efficiency of one of WA’s most important transport hubs. The XOOLUM™ family from LED Linear™ was selected because of its robustness in design, precision build and high efficiency in electrical/optical performance. The ease of installation of this product made it impossible to not select it for the illumination of the parapet and the adjacent feature walls. The luminaire is furthermore IK10 certified and IP67 protected against water, salt water, solvents and UV radiation by a polyurethane encapsulation.
