LED Linear™ was chosen to illuminate the interior of the Egyptian sarcophagi. The luminous flux and thus the consumption were dimmed to 50% in order to limit the temperature generated by the product as much as possible. After an investigation during the mock-up, the product temperature was confirmed at 23°, i.e. corresponding to the maximum permissible ambient temperature. The product chosen was the VarioLED™ Flex HYDRA LD25 with a color temperature of 2,700 Kelvin and a CRI of 96.
