The Bolte Tower 10 by Mirvac sits on the western most strip of land that forms Yarra’s Edge. This 100 m tall building is the 8th Mirvac high rise along the south bank of the Yarra River and is their first residential tower for the Bolte Precinct. Three rows of XOOLUM™ R LD15 IP67 with 25 degree reflector optics illuminate the fins to create a halo on top of the building. The XOOLUM™ fixtures light the fins above at a tight angle to prevent light spill to the environment.
