From concept to series production

Product development builds directly on design and focuses on technical refinement and implementation. Detailed 3D models and production drawings are created in close collaboration with our in‑house manufacturing teams.

Digital and physical prototypes support realistic visualisation and planning. Every luminaire is guided through all development and production stages - from the initial idea to series release. Customer‑specific solutions are developed with the same precision, care, and commitment to quality and sustainability.

Precision at scale

Reel‑to‑reel technology is the backbone of our high‑quality LED line engines. A high level of automation allows us to define components, dimensions, and specifications independently - ensuring maximum flexibility and consistent quality.

Flexible LED modules up to 50 metres long are produced on flexible PCBs in a single, continuous process. This ensures high reliability and complete traceability. In a subsequent testing and lamination stage, 100% of the LED tapes are checked for functionality and visual quality before leaving our facility.

Craftsmanship meets technology

Metal processing prepares all luminaire profiles for further indoor or outdoor assembly. Computer‑controlled milling, sawing, and drilling machines require precision, technical understanding, and skilled hands.

In indoor luminaire assembly, components are soldered and luminaires assembled by hand according to individual production orders. Our experienced teams work with the highest level of accuracy - for both standard products and custom solutions.

Protection without compromise

Outdoor luminaires move seamlessly from assembly to encapsulation. Preparation and potting require experience and meticulous care.

A multi‑stage full encapsulation process prevents air bubbles, inclusions, and cracks. Polyurethane potting protects linear LED luminaires in damp environments, outdoor applications, and chemically demanding conditions. Profiles up to 10 metres in length can be encapsulated, with different light transmission characteristics depending on encapsulation thickness and finish.

Our sustainable packaging concept reduces unnecessary materials while ensuring luminaires arrive safely, clearly labelled, and ready for installation - whether delivered to the customer or directly to the construction site.
